Meeting Minutes

Members in Attendance: Jill Chapman (President), Dylan Martin (Vice-President), Julie Good (Treasurer), Cynda Herrick (Secretary), Sherry Maupin, Lindsay Harris, Judith Nissula, Nicole Musgrove, Patty Wold, and Andrew Mentzer (Executive Director).
Members Absent: Linnea Hall, Gene Tyler, and Thom Sowers.
There was much discussion about the contractor relationship with Megan Chandler. The written contract and performance description were reviewed. Contract requirements are not being met and there is no longer a productive relationship. It was determined it would be in the best interest to sever the contract.
Nicole moved to have legal counsel review the contract and letter severing the contract in an amount up to $250.00. Sherry seconded. Motion carried.
